At the entrance, you access the upper floor where the bedrooms are located, equipped with flat screen, closet and a complete bathroom, inviting into a perfect and relaxing night. Its distribution was carefully thought, made through an internal corridor which allows a great communication between it. Outside you can find a balcony that extends along all bedrooms providing a wonderful view over the resort and the Golf Course.
Downstairs you will be able to enjoy the dimension of the living room, equipped with fireplace, 42´´ flat screen, DVD, wireless Internet and Home Cinema, where you will also appreciate the perfect fusion between the inner decoration and the gardens outside, separated only by the large balcony doors which extend along the facade and permits the incidence of natural light. Located in a perfect harmony with the living room, you can also find the dining room, ideal to enjoy a meal with friends or family, immediately before the fully equipped kitchen. Within the resort, BOM SUCESSO Design Villas offers first class self-catering accommodation as well as a wide variety of services, including cultural events, golf and other sports possibilities.
BOM SUCESSO Card
The “BOM SUCESSO Card” represents an important investment by BOM SUCESSO. It’s included in the sales price of any unit, and it shall be awarded at the time of the public deed, but is subject to the resolutive condition of the ownership of the property. However, its advantages will only materialize when the main facilities of the complex, namely the Golf Course, become operative.
Essentially, this card consubstantiates guaranteed privileged access to all “BOM SUCESSO - Architecture Resort , Leisure & Golf” facilities, as well as access, in special conditions, to many other facilities located in the area.
Among these facilities, the privileged access to the Golf Club naturally stands out, as the inscription fee is granted. There will also be a number of other benefits which shall be negotiated with the operator of the facilities in the future.
Regarding the access conditions to facilities located in the area, the most important is the privileged access to the Rowing Club and to various other Golf Clubs.
In addition, the BOM SUCESSO Card will offer price discounts and commercial conveniences; benefits which Acordo believes will quite certainly be of great interest for its customers.
Still under expansion, the Card will offer a much wider and more complete range of services in the future, depending on forthcoming yearly agreements regarding benefits outside the resort.
With regard to the Resort’s own facilities, the exact terms of the privileged conditions for use will only be known following negotiation of the terms of concession, both for facilities where Acordo is the concessionary and others where the concession may be granted wholly or in part to third parties.
With regard to the benefits in exterior establishments and services in the region, at the present time, a collection of outstanding benefits is being negotiated, which include discounts and commodities in flights, fuel, Rent a Car, etc.. This would make it a true All in One Card, without the loss of the continuous adding of more benefits.
